Sparkling brut is a bottle fermented, off-dry (0.5% residual sugar) sparkling wine made entirely in the Lodi appellation. The fruit is sourced from within the Lodi appellation and harvested early to ensure ripe flavors and high acids. The base wine is carefully crafted before being bottle fermented. The bottles are lightly aged prior to disgorging. The style is young and fresh, ready for enjoyment.
2016 Trecini Vermentino
Trecini’s Vermentino hails from the Mediterranean Island of Sardinia. The sandy soil vineyard is located on the west side of the island where the breeze blows in a light mist from the ocean enhancing the wine to bring out flavors in food.
